We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Orders are filled within 48 hours.

We also accept checks. Please print our order form and make all checks payable to Baby Got Game for the complete product amount, including shipping cost. Your order is filled after your check clears (3-5 business days).

Security Statement
Your credit card information is only used for the transaction.  All credit card information is collected via a secure connection.  For security purposes, we do not keep or store your credit card information as it is only used to complete the secured transaction.  Your information is encrypted to arrive privately and unaltered.  In other words, keep on shoppin’!

Privacy Policy
Your email will be kept private.  We will not sell or give it to anyone!  Period!

Returns policy
We operate a “no-quibbles” guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice.  We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, minus shipping.  Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records.  Please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges.  If the item is either faulty or damaged, please contact our returns team who will arrange for a replacement or refund**:  returns@mybabygotgame.com.

**To return an item, please use our returns form.  Please pack the item securely, enclosing the completed form and attaching the address label supplied on the returns form.

Following are domestic shipping rates:

Standard ground (4-6 business days):    $   6.29 for all items
Premium shipping (3-4 business days):    $ 11.29 for first item, $2.45 for each additional
Next-day (if ordered by noon)        $ 17.45 for first item, $4.00 for each additional
